My approach is based primarily in Internal Family Systems and Nonviolent Communication. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist. My work is also informed by elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Relationship Enhancement Therapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy.

*Note- All sessions are virtual through a HIPPA telehealth platform and I do not bill insurance. However Flex Spending Cards are accepted. Therapy clients must reside in Kentucky.
